The master bath combines luxury and functionality with an ample steam room/shower that is wheelchair accessible. Radiant floor heat warms the entire house. On the lower level, an entertainment room has a built-in AV system. A 111-inch drop down screen and wet bar adjacent to a climate-controlled wine cellar maximizes entertaining options. Reclaimed fir flooring gives the home additional style and character. The homeowner also contributed such personal touches as a reclaimed old growth warehouse beam installed as a column in the main floor living room and a slab of Port Orford cedar that serves as one of the kitchen's floating countertops.
