This mid-century Broadview home was segmented and dated. The new homeowners wanted an open living space to suit their active family of five. The original isolated kitchen was opened up to become the focal point on the main floor and the second floor was reconfigured to accommodate 3 bedrooms and a master suite. High-end finishes and a soothing color palette made this 3,000 square foot home warm and inviting. Custom wood cabinets and espresso stained 5” white oak floors can be found throughout the house. Taking into consideration the homeowners concerns for toxins, Dyna used non-toxic building materials and eco-friendly finishes including LEED certified wool carpet and zero VOC paints creating not only a beautiful remodeled home, but a healthy one.
